Privacy Policy

LIVEDGE株式会社 ("we," "us," or "our") handles information relating to users of the LINE MINI App Mofu Commuter Panic! (the "Service") as described below.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from users (collectively, the "Personal Data"):
- LINE account information: the provider-scoped user identifier issued by LINE and, only if used by the Service, display name and profile image.
- Game data: progress, completion status, scores, selected skins, settings, timestamps, interaction logs, and error logs.
- Technical data: IP address, device, OS, browser, LINE app type/version, cookies or local storage, and access logs.
- Inquiry data: name, email address, inquiry content, and attachments voluntarily provided by the user.
- Analytics service: Firebase
- Advertising-related information: Advertising identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), advertisement impression and click history, and other information necessary to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
2. Purposes of Use
- Providing the Service, identifying users, and saving/restoring game progress;
- Investigating defects and improving quality, security, performance, features, and game balance;
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and violations of applicable rules;
- Plan, develop, and provide new initiatives relating to the Service;
- Deliver advertisements, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and optimize the display of advertisements;
- Responding to inquiries and delivering important notices;
- Complying with laws, these terms, and LINE MINI App policies.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties without consent, except where permitted or required by law, necessary to protect life, body, or property, or in connection with a business transfer.
We may entrust processing to hosting, maintenance, logging, analytics, and support providers as necessary to operate the Service, subject to appropriate selection, contracts, and supervision.
We use Firebase Analytics provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics may transmit device information, usage data, and other information to Google for the purpose of improving the Service and analyzing how it is used. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
We may transmit certain information to advertising SDK providers as necessary for the delivery of advertisements.
The Service uses advertising services provided by LY Corporation. For purposes including delivering advertisements, measuring advertising effectiveness, and optimizing advertisement display, LY Corporation may collect and use cookies and other identifiers, device information, advertisement impression and click history, browsing and usage history, and other information. Information collected by LY Corporation is handled in accordance with its privacy policy.
Processing through the LINE platform is also governed by LY Corporation's applicable terms and privacy policy.
If we later add a consent-based disclosure feature, we will identify the recipient, the information disclosed, and when disclosure occurs before obtaining consent.
4. International Processing
Information may be stored or processed outside Japan depending on our cloud services or vendors. We will implement measures required by applicable law.
5. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, disputes, and abuse prevention, after which it is deleted or anonymized securely. We use appropriate organizational, personnel, physical, and technical safeguards.
6. Security Measures
We shall implement necessary and appropriate organizational, human, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal data, including, without limitation, access controls, authentication mechanisms, encryption of communications, access privilege management, log monitoring, and appropriate oversight of service providers and contractors.
7. Your Rights
Users may, in accordance with applicable laws, request that we notify them of the purpose of use of, disclose, correct, add to, or delete their Personal Data held by us, or suspend the use of, erase, or cease the provision to third parties of such Personal Data by contacting us at support@livedge.jp. Upon verifying the user's identity, we will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Minors
Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required. If we learn that a minor's information was collected improperly, we will take appropriate action.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login sessions, preserve user settings and game progress, improve the quality of the Service, and facilitate the delivery of advertisements and the measurement of advertising effectiveness. Disabling them may prevent some features from working.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or the Service. Material changes will be announced through the Service or another appropriate method, and consent will be obtained where required.
